It's time to start talking about mental health.
And we're taking the first step on December 2 during our U18s and U16s' training.
The one-hour session, which will be led by a professional wellness coach, will cover stress, the symptoms, causes, how to manage your stress, as well as answer any questions you may have.
The sessions is welcome to both players and parents of those who attend Monday night's training.
Depending on feedback, we may be looking at expanding these talks to the wider club, so keep an eye out for updates.
